Allison Larson

Allison was born and raised in the Tri-Cities.  Allison was involved in many sports throughout her life but when she started playing volleyball in the 5th grade it quickly became her favorite.  She lettered in volleyball at Richland High School 4 times.  She lettered 4 times in basketball and softball as well, making her the first female at Richland High School to letter 12 times. 

After graduating from RHS in 1999 Allison played volleyball at Columbia Basin College with her high school and club teammate, Jessica (Bauder) Hollandsworth.  In their freshman season, they went on to win the NWAACC Championship.  Allison was named a Junior College All-American two years in a row before going on to play at Brigham Young University.  At BYU Allison played her Junior year under legendary volleyball coach Elaine Michaelis.  Her Senior year, under the new coaching staff of Karen Lamb and Jason Watson (now University of Arkansas Head Volleyball Coach) Allison was elected Team Captain and was the starting Opposite Hitter.  Allison graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management and Youth Leadership.
